Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic initiatives and oversee large-scale change programs at the country level, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market dynamics. You coordinate the strategic plan, lead or support transformation projects, and partner with the Corporate Strategy Unit and local teams. You will monitor competitive and macro trends in the digital infrastructure space and manage high-impact opportunities.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Coordinate country-level strategic plan creation and follow-up with plan owners to prevent deviations
Lead or support the implementation of Strategic and Corporate projects with the Corporate Strategy Unit and local teams
Support local transformation initiatives and ensure consistent methodology and reporting
Analyze competitive landscape in collaboration with Corporate Market Intelligence
Monitor macro-economic trends in the digital infrastructure market
Collaborate with Corporate Strategic Business Development on business opportunities in-country
Identify and execute Special Projects with long-term strategic importance
Prepare bids, pitches, and presentations for key stakeholders in alignment with corporate functions
Develop business cases for strategic projects with Country and Corporate teams
Responsabilità   5+ years in strategic transformation, program management, or related roles in telecom/tech
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
Experience in Telecommunications, Tower Co, or related sectors is highly desirable
Advanced English;
Spanish is valuable
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma)
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Financial acumen with budgeting and financial analysis
