Intern Consultant

Would you like to join a young, passionate and dynamic team and contribute to exciting transformation projects in Italy? TNP Italia is looking for a motivated Intern to join its consulting team in Milan.

The selected candidate will mainly support projects in the automotive sector, with a specific focus on audit activities across the dealer network of a leading automotive player. The role will involve supporting on-site reviews of operational procedures against predefined standards, contributing to process analysis and improvement actions across different locations in Italy.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEConsulting activities

Support project teams in the execution of consulting assignments, with a focus on the automotive sector.

Contribute to on-site audit activities across the client’s dealer network in Italy.

Review operational procedures against predefined criteria and support the identification of gaps and improvement areas.

Collect, consolidate and analyze operational data and documentation.

Prepare reports, presentations and project materials for internal and client use.

Support the coordination of meetings, workshops and follow-up activities with client stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy, reliability and proper tracking of collected information and project deliverables.

Business development

Support the preparation of analyses on sectors, clients and market opportunities.

Contribute to benchmarking activities and the evaluation of potential partnerships.

Communication and marketing

Contribute to brand awareness initiatives through social media and content creation.

Support the organization of events and communication activities.

WHO YOU AREMaster’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field;  final-year students or recent graduates are welcome.

Strong interest in consulting and business transformation projects.

Availability for business trips and on-site activities across Italy.

Valid driving licence (Category

B) is mandatory.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Italian and English are mandatory;  an additional language is a plus.
