Your tasks & responsibilities?
You plan the filling and emptying of our mobile filters (industrial units filled with activated carbon) based on customer ordersandavailablestock, andscheduletheirtransportbetweenthe hub orwarehouses and customer sand vice versa.
You coordinate with transport partners and external warehouses to manage pick-ups and deliveries of filters and fresh activated carbon,adjusting plans when delays or changes occur.
You prepare and manage transport documents (e.g.shipping documents, delivery notes) to ensure smooth and compliantshipment.
Youare a point of contact for operational questions from customers and internal stakeholders(e.g.the Italian internal and external sales teams, and thelogistics,warehousing and waste departments in Belgium).
Who are you?
You havea
Bachelor’sdegreeora diploma from anIstituto Tecnico Superiore .
Youhave experienceinlogistics,operations and/or supply chain.
You have a perfect knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.
You are comfortable with digital tools and have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with an ERP system is an asset.
