This is a  6-month fixed-term position  with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

The Candidate  A detail-oriented tourism professional skilled at building strategic partnerships and developing standout travel experiences from concept to launch. Combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and operational expertise to manage products end-to-end while collaborating across teams, negotiating with suppliers, and driving portfolio growth.
Responsibilities  Development & Optimization of Experiences   Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to grow our product catalog
Audit current offerings and identify gaps, overlaps, or underperformers
Improve product quality and pricing through supplier collaboration
Help secure exclusive or high-converting experiences that support business goals
Product Lifecycle Management   Manage product listings in our CMS, ensuring pricing, logic, and visuals are accurate
Own the backend setup and QA of experiences for launch readiness
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are properly tagged and placed
Monitor product performance and flag issues proactively
Strategic Planning & Execution   Use booking data, reviews, and market insights to guide decisions
Collaborate across teams (CX, marketing, ops) to ensure smooth launches
Track regional tourism trends and feed them into product planning
Internal Collaboration & Ownership   Communicate clearly with internal teams about product changes or needs
Attend product meetings and report updates or blockers
Ensure experiences are included in broader campaigns and initiatives
Desired

Experience:

1+ years working in tourism, hospitality, or travel services
1+ years working in product management or e-commerce
1+ years in sales or account management.
1+ years

Experience with CMS platforms like TourCMS, Bokun, or Word Press
Desired

Skills:

Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Familiarity with Word Press or other CMS platforms.
