You will build a brand movement that bridges David Laroche’s personal influence with Paradox’s institutional power. This is a full‑time, remote role or based in our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency are required.
Responsibilities Architect the
"Dual-Brand" Strategy to scale a personal brand while building a standalone Company Brand that outlasts its founder, without cannibalization.
Propose radical formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that redefine the Self‑Help industry.
Define distinct editorial lines for each platform:
Depth & Search for You Tube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for Linked In.Take end‑to‑end ownership of production: write hooks, storyboard narratives, ensure final cut matches the vision. If a specialist is needed, hire and onboard them.
Direct and manage the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers) by setting tempo, culture, and standards of excellence; provide high‑level artistic direction and act as final quality check.
Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.
Experience & Qualifications Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, You Tube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and delivering high‑quality video work.
Elite Scripting
Skills:
ability to write compelling scripts and hooks for long‑form content.
Performance Fluency: experience driving business results with content (ads, launches, conversions).Languages French:
Native / Bilingual English:
