Content Creator, Creative Advertising ​/ Marketing

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating content across all media channels, creating visual content in response to clients’ briefs and relaying them to Creative Direction.

Focused on campaigns, activations, editorial and digital content across different social media platforms.

Responsible for design executions and creating visual responses to briefs with supervision of seniors and directors; natural social‑first thinkers, ready to expand skills.

Ideation for concepts, content and format ideas.

Creating short‑form video scripts and short videos; content creation skills are a must.

Film and edit Tik Tok and/or Reels.

Develop mood boards and short‑form video content.

Support the team in answering the client brief.

Understand culture and communities.

Create visual scripts and briefs for content realisation.

Requirements

Strong passion for football.

Based in Rome or Milan.

Up‑to‑date on communication trends, languages and tools.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and formats.

Always looking for new and inspiring references, ready to share with the creative team and other departments.

Appreciation for great work and good ideas, always seeking something new and pushing boundaries in art direction.

Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns, able to convert social specialist knowledge into creative excellence.

Ability to work autonomously and happy to team up with different creatives.

Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with skills ranging from animation and video editing to photography or illustration.

Flexible and versatile, able to adjust to make immediate changes in response to shifting or evolving situations.

Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks at the same time, varying complexity.

Collaborative problem solver.

Open to feedback from fellow creatives or other departments.

Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas.
