We're building a modern consumer brand across ecommerce, retail, creators, social media and performance marketing. We move fast, test constantly and back people who take ownership. Every week brings new product launches, new campaigns, new markets and new challenges.

The Role We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator based in Florence to work closely with our founders and help capture the Kind Patches story across Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube.

This is a very hands-on role for someone who loves being behind the camera.

You'll meet with our founders regularly in Florence to film everything from quick Tik Toks and Reels to founder stories, behind-the-scenes moments and longer-form You Tube vlogs.

Some content will be planned. A lot of the best content won't be.

We want someone who can come into a day of meetings, a product launch, a trip or just a normal day and immediately see the content opportunities. Someone who knows when to start filming, what questions to ask, where to stand, how to frame the shot and when something needs to be filmed again.

You need to be confident enough to direct the founders, not just point a camera  something isn't working, say it. If there's a better hook, suggest it. If we need another take, get another take. If you spot something that would make a great piece of content, grab the camera and make it happen.

For the right person, there will also be opportunities to travel with our founders and film vlog-style content around launches, meetings, retail, events and other moments as the brand grows.

Come up with hooks, concepts and content ideas

Create content independently for Kind Patches Shoot product, lifestyle and still content

Capture high-quality video and audio across different environments

Work with our wider marketing team around launches, campaigns and key brand moments

Potentially travel with the founders to capture content as the role develops

Who We're Looking For We care much more about your eye, energy and work than the number of years on your CV. You could be a student, recent graduate, freelancer or already working as a creator or videographer.

What matters is that you:

Live in Florence and can work with our founders in person regularly

Have a genuinely great eye for content

Are confident behind a camera

Can shoot high-quality content both on a phone and camera

Understand framing, lighting, composition and audio

Can film naturally while moving around and following what's happening

Understand vlog-style and documentary-style storytelling

Can edit both short-form and longer-form video

Understand Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube Are  confident directing people and aren't afraid to take control of a shoot

Can make people feel comfortable and natural on camera

Are proactive and hands-onDon't need to be told what to film every five minutes

Naturally spot moments, stories and ideas that could become good content

Move quickly and are happy working in an environment where plans can change

Speak English confidently

Are open to occasional travel if the role develops

Experience with cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere or similar editing software is a plus.

The Setup This is a part-time, flexible role based in Florence, Italy. We're open to students, recent graduates, freelancers and creators. You'll need to be available for regular in-person filming sessions with our founders in Florence. Outside of filming, the role can be flexible.

And if you're brilliant at it, there's room for the role to grow. We travel regularly for Kind Patches, and we'd love to find someone who could eventually come with us to capture those trips and turn them into great You Tube and social content.
