Responsibilit ies Build and manage a high-quality book of Italian HNW/UHNW clients, with a target of approximately 100 million in AUM within 18 to 24 mo nths Provide bespoke, independent wealth management advice with full investment freedom across an open-architecture plat form Develop trusted, long-term client relationships in line with the Company's client-first philos ophy Work collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team with direct access to decision-ma kers Operate with full autonomy, free from product pressure or internal sales tar gets

Your P rofile Solid private banking background, ideally between 5 and 20 years of exp erience An established book of Italian HNW or UHNW clients, either as an individual or as part of a small team of 2 to 4 bankers Entrepreneurial mindset with a discreet, client-centric a pproach Based in Milan or open to rel ocation Fluency in English is required;

proficiency in Italian is a strong ad vantage Valid EU work permit r equired
