Position: Analyst I Financial Planning 10 Months FIXED TERM
Overview We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our EMEA FP&A team at Cordis on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 2–3 years of experience who is looking to deepen their exposure in a dynamic, international  this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a key business partner to General Managers across selected markets. You will play an important role in driving financial insights, supporting decision-making, and improving overall business performance.

Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and financial statement review, and translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights

Support and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating business initiatives, market dynamics, and operational drivers

Perform customer and product profitability analysis to support pricing, investment decisions, and margin optimization

Act as a key business partner to General Managers in selected markets, providing financial guidance and challenging assumptions to drive performance

Collaborate with global Finance functions to ensure accurate representation of regional data and alignment with group standards

Work cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and other stakeholders

Support statutory and internal audit processes for EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements

Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field2–3 years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, controlling, or a similar role (not suitable for fresh graduates)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights

Excellent communication skills, with confidence in working with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies

Proven ability to manage priorities, take ownership of tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail

Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving data sets Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills

Experience with tools such as JDE, OAC, or One Stream is an advantage

Languages

Fluent in English Additional European language is a plus
