Multisite Finance Director — Luxury Hospitality

Experteer Italy seeks a Cluster Director of Finance to oversee financial leadership for Six Senses properties in Rome, Milan, and Ibiza. You will partner with General Managers to drive budgeting and forecasting while ensuring compliance and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-8 years of experience in hotel accounting and a Bachelor in Accounting.

This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and fluency in English, with Italian or Spanish being preferred. A valid Italian work permit or EU citizenship is essential.
