Financial Analyst

Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and support key financial processes within a dynamic industrial  this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing business performance, supporting planning activities, and driving cost optimization initiatives across the organization of Grosotto&Sondalo Plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support controlling activities and analyzing company performance

Define and update standard costs, identifying and explaining variances

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of industrial budgets and forecasts

Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Procurement teams to identify cost optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

Degree in Economics or related field

Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies or accounting firms

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Flexibility to adapt to peak workload periods
