Accountant, Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting

The resource will be responsible for the administrative, accounting, and contractual management of the Assets, ensuring effective oversight of processes related to fixed asset accounting, relationships with suppliers, tenants, and banking institutions, as well as the management of lease agreements and business unit rental contracts.
The role ensures accurate monitoring of all administrative and financial activities related to the Assets, supporting operational efficiency and compliance with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements.
The resource also contributes to the preparation and analysis of reporting required to monitor the economic, financial, and operational performance of the Assets, providing support for decision-making processes and strategic planning.
The focus is on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability in the management of data and information, while fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Manage the finance/accounting system of the centre in close collaboration with the Head of Finance and Centre Manager.

· Ensure smooth flow of the finance/accounting documents – including outgoing/incoming invoices.

· Preparation of payments proposals

· Preparation of management and financial reports

· Provide Finance KPIs and information as requested by internal customers.

· Develop and manage financial report including budget monitoring and ad-hoc analyses.

· Support and monitor forecast and budget.

· Support the yearly charge reconciliation and the rental invoicing including turnover rent calculation.

· Close cooperation with external auditors

· Responsibility for contacting tenants regarding bad debts, outgoing invoices, payments

· Provide financial support to the Centre Management team

· Proactively seek opportunities for operational efficiency to save the business time and money and ensure the Centre is operating as cost-effectively as possible.

· Support Leasing manager and Centre manager by following tenants' Bank guarantee & cash deposit validity and renewals, tenants' appraisals, tenancy schedule.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Suitable education and experience in accounting, finance and controlling

· Experience with accounting system software

· Good financial and logistical awareness. xpavfwm

· Skilled in figures and data analysis

· IT skills:
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Team player

· Being proactive and a high sense of responsibility

· Problem-solving skills

· Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

Location:

Milan, Italy - no smart working

What We Offer

· Permanent contract

· Annual gross salary ranging from  €45,000 to €50,000

· Performance-based bonus of up to 15 %  of the annual gross salary
