Senior Controller - Product Costing & Inventory Management (m/w/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Drive target costing processes throughout the product lifecycle in close collaboration with Engineering, Procurement and Operations to identify and realize cost optimization potential
Monitor and analyse inventory management and stock valuation, including raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods, ensuring accurate valuation and financial transparency
Perform detailed analysis of production variances, material usage, labor efficiency and manufacturing KPIs, providing recommendations to improve plant performance and cost efficiency
Support month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities related to manufacturing costs, inventory valuation and margin development
Manage and optimize controlling processes in SAP CO / Product Costing (CO-PS), including standard costing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost controlling, inventory and working capital optimization
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate guidelines, and relevant accounting standards related to costing and inventory valuation
Constructs and simulates financial models and provides analysis, budget, ROI calculation etc. to support business plans/cases
Track actual vs. planned financial and product-related KPI and objectives and explain deviations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in economics, with focus in accounting and finance
Previous work experience in controlling, ideally in an international matrix company
Profound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting processes, and reporting
Strong business analytical skills, data interpretation and a high level of attention to detail
Experience with financial software, such as SAP, MS Office (esp. Excel), business informatics skills preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in an understandable way
Excellent knowledge of English;
Italian and/or German as an advantage

Total compensation starting from €64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement
