What We Are Looking For :
Reporting to the CLO and the CFO, the Legal Finance provides dedicated in-house legal support across the Group’s financing and capital markets activities, working closely with the M&A & Financing team on the drafting, review, and negotiation of financing agreements, bond issuances, covenant-related matters, and associated documentation, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic and financial objectives.
Key Activities:
Provide legal support across the Group's financing transactions, including bank facilities, bond issuances and other capital markets operations;
Draft, review and negotiate financing documentation (facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor and related documents);
Monitor and manage financial covenants, information undertakings and other obligations arising from financing agreements;
Support the coordination of financing operations in cooperation with lenders, arrangers and external legal advisors;
Provide legal analysis on financing-related matters and support strategic corporate and financial initiatives;
Assist in the management of pre- and post-closing activities, including conditions precedent and closing deliverables;
Support the internalisation of legal activities currently carried out by external counsel on the Group's financing transactions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Law; qualification as a lawyer required;
At least 5 years of experience in finance/banking law, gained in a law firm and/or in-house legal department;
Solid knowledge of financing documentation, covenants and capital markets transactions
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail;
Ability to work effectively in dynamic and international environments;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;
Proactive and team-oriented attitude;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Annual gross salary ranging from €55.000 to €65.000;
