Il/La candidato/a dovrà:
Supervisionare le operazioni contabili e finanziarie per garantire precisione e conformità alle normative. Analisi finanziaria:
Interpretare i dati finanziari per creare report accurati, valutare la fattibilità degli investimenti e fornire input strategici. Budgeting e forecasting:
Preparare e gestire il budget aziendale e prevede i futuri flussi di cassa. Reportistica:
Redigere report periodici dettagliati, come il conto economico e l'analisi dei flussi di cassa, per la direzione. analizzare i conti economici dei singoli hotel fornendo report dettagliati alla Proprietà, monitoraggio ed analisi del cash flow e delle partite patrimoniali, controllo di gestione diviso per centro costi. xdwybme E’ richiesta puntualità e precisione, e una spiccata attitudine al problem solving.
