The Role
We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and a can‑do attitude to every task, whether working independently or as part of a team.
As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across our Rome properties, leading both internal and external teams, ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining top‑quality standards, and driving operational growth through effective decision‑making and cost efficiency. Your strong time‑management skills, confidence in decision‑making and experience in the hospitality industry will set you up for success in this role.

Provide world‑class guest experiences.
Be the go‑to troubleshooter for reactive operations tasks.
Conduct thorough housekeeping quality audits.
Perform property inspections to proactively plan maintenance.
Challenge conventional practices to enhance operations.
Establish, improve, and implement lab standards.
Manage Health & Safety compliance.

Our 5‑star candidate has:

2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in apart‑hotel or operations roles.
Passionate customer‑service driven attitude.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility to travel between different properties in Rome.
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Based in Rome.

Job Level: IC2
Annual gross salary range: €30,000 – €33,000
