Position: Host Service & Reception (m/f/d) - Summer Season
Ruby  is a fast‑growing hospitality group operating hotels and work spaces across Europe. We are looking for a Front‑Desk & Guest Services Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests and to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.

Support the self‑check‑in process and perform additional front‑desk tasks as required.

Prepare cocktails, drinks, snacks and manage the breakfast buffet.

Handle goods receiving, inspection and storage, maintaining quality and set‑up standards.

Share local knowledge and recommend city hotspots to guests.

Requirements

Ideally some experience in the hotel industry.

Flexible to work shifts.

Reliable, multitasking, and eager to learn.

Empathetic, team‑oriented, with a sense of humour.

Fluent in Italian and English.
