We are looking for a talented and passionate  Reception Manager  to join our Front of House team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

The Role

As Reception Manager, you will work closely with the Front of House Manager to lead the Reception team, oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

● Work closely with the Front of House Manager to define departmental targets, strategy and KPIs

● Manage the Reception team and coordinate daily operations, including rota and holiday planning

● Be an active leader within the Front of House team, attending meetings and supporting decision-making when required

● Assist the Front of House Manager in identifying critical areas and recommending actions to improve departmental efficiency

● Support recruitment and team management activities, including training, coaching and professional development

● Ensure effective communication across the department, keeping the team informed and aligned

● Maintain close contact with guests, proactively gathering feedback and managing complaints and compliments

● Handle, record and resolve guest complaints with diplomacy and discretion, ensuring appropriate follow-up and a positive resolution

● Stay one step ahead of our guests’ needs, anticipating requests and proactively preventing potential challenges

● Act as Duty Manager during weekend coverage when required

● Report directly to the Front of House Manager

About You

● At least 3 years of experience in Front of House management roles, preferably within international luxury hotel brands

● Proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts

● Excellent people management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, even in challenging situations

● A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to be a trusted point of reference for the Front of House team and lead by example

● Fluency in Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

● RAL: €28,000 to €38,000, based on experience
