Il ruolo garantisce operazioni di front office, chiusura contabile giornaliera e sicurezza dell’hotel, mantenendo gli standard Marriott anche nelle ore notturne. Il candidato ideale possiede diploma, 1–2 anni in front office o contabilità alberghiera, conoscenza di Opera PMS e buon inglese (B2/C1); si valutano ulteriori lingue e esperienza in catene internazionali.
