Senior Cost Manager

We are hiring:
Senior Cost Manager Lysander Italy is experiencing constant growth and we are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our team.

Our core business is Project Management and Cost Management, supporting leading international clients across complex real estate, data centre, office fit-out, industrial and hospitality projects. Our clients include major global organisations and blue-chip investors and occupiers.

We are looking for a strong professional who can help us continue to deliver at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will have:

Fluent Italian (Native or Bilingual)
Background as an architect, engineer or quantity surveyor

Minimum 10 years’ experience, mainly in Italy Strong experience in cost management, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change control and final account management

Previous experience on the General Contractor side

Experience with in major consultancy firms

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Based in Italy, preferably based in Milan or within easy reach of Milan At Lysander, our PMs and QSs are not passive support figures. They are expected to be leaders of their projects, trusted by clients, able to take responsibility, drive decisions and manage complex stakeholders.
