Senior Rural Manager

Experteer Overview In this Senior Rural Manager role, you will lead a rural client portfolio within Rabobank's South Queensland team, driving profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality. You’ll be a relationship-driven networker, using community ties to grow the client base and deliver value-added agribanking solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to support farmers and local communities, with a focus on succession planning and sustainable growth.

Responsabilità

Experience in Agri-banking account management or similar rural role Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow a client portfolio

Proven track record of high levels of customer service

Credit and financial analysis skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Desire to make a difference and a passion for success
