Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Director (Delivery)- Europe  As PV Project Manager, you ensure contracted activities for Prime Vigilance clients are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and regulatory standards. You support project teams as PV subject matter expert and collaborate with leadership to align client and company interests. You manage scope changes, track schedules and costs, maintain client relations, and oversee compliance with PV regulations.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, driving quality events and CAPA, and supporting audits and inspections. You help deliver high-impact PV projects that support client success and regulatory compliance.
Deliver contracted PV activities on time, within budget, and with high quality
Support project teams as PV expert for client projects
Maintain strong client relations and communicate project status and issues
Oversee changes to scope, schedule, and costs
Monitor project setup, planning, and client meetings
Ensure all departments are aware of client scope and requirements
Oversee training of project teams and ensure cross-department collaboration
Manage Quality Management System activities and CAPA process
Support client audits and inspections and respond to regulatory changes
