ItMG is one of the fastest-growing Brand in the automotive landscape: 3% market share in 4 years, and counting...We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Regional Managers to join the MG Italy aftersales team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and developing aftersales activities within their assigned geographical area (North or South Italy), with the aim of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, sustainable financial performance, and compliance with brand standards across the dealer and authorized repairer network.
Key responsibilities
Network Management Oversee and develop the network of dealers and authorized workshops
Ensure compliance with corporate standards (quality, processes, brand image)
Support dealers in developing the aftersales business (service, parts, accessories)
Financial Performance Monitor and optimize KPIs such as:
Aftersales revenue
Parts and labor margin
Customer retention
Workshop efficiency (productivity, efficiency, utilization)
Analyze data and reports to identify improvement opportunities
Develop business parts
Customer Experience Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSI/NPS)
Manage customer escalations and critical issues
Promote customer retention and loyalty programs
Technical and Operational Support Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
Ensure proper application of warranty policies
Monitor quality of repairs and turnaround times
Training and Development Identify training needs within the network
Support technical and commercial training programs
Promote a customer- and performance-oriented culture
Qualifications and requirements
Education
Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in aftersales
Experience managing dealer networks
Technical or commercial aftersales background
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of the automotive aftersales business
Ability to analyze data and KPIsFamiliarity with CRM/DMS systems and reporting tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Languages Fluent in English (mandatory)
Additional languages are a plus Location / travel requirements
North/South Italy Willingness to travel
