Sales Account

We are seeking a talented Sales Account to join our team and help us especially in the Emilia-Romagna region. This role is critical to strengthening relationships with large-scale retail customers, implementing national agreements, and driving commercial excellence.

Activities & Responsibilities The candidate will be in charge of:
-  Managing assortment and promotional planning to optimize category performance
-  Driving turnover development and ensuring budget compliance
-  Negotiating local agreements and monitoring sales, margin, and profitability targets
-  Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
-  Staying updated on competitor activity and market dynamics

Qualifications

We need someone with proven experience in retail account management, ideally in the FMCG sector, and strong knowledge of retail operations and trade marketing. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

What you will need:

-  University degree or equivalent
-  5+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Trade Marketing, or related roles
-  FMCG experience and ability to manage budgets effectively
-  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
