Position: Cluster Account Manager( Asia Pacific)
Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and execute the APAC sales strategy to grow revenue and attract opportunities across luxury and corporate segments. You’ll cultivate and manage high‑value APAC accounts, coordinate with internal and global teams, and represent the cluster at events and meetings to strengthen brand value and guest experience. You’ll forecast and report on performance, optimize sales activities, and partner with cross‑functional teams to sustain guest satisfaction.

This is a growth‑focused position in a global luxury hospitality group with a sustainability and wellbeing mindset.

Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and implement APAC sales strategy to drive revenue and new business

Manage key APAC accounts and monitor performance with forecasting and planning

Represent the cluster in APAC through travel, events, client meetings, and presentations

Collaborate with internal and global teams to maximize sales and guest satisfaction

Prepare sales reports and forecasts and maintain accurate account data in systems

Assess ROI of sales activities and partnerships

Responsabilità3–5 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience, preferably in APACProven account management and revenue generation for high‑end leisure destinations

Strong understanding of luxury travel distribution, consortia, and wholesale channels

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Fluency in English;
Italian or other languages a plus Ability to travel as required

Eligible to Work in Italyexperience with multi‑property or cluster sales structures (preferred) familiarity with Six Senses, IHG Luxury & Lifestyle, or similar ultra‑luxury brands (preferred) sustainability mindset aligned with wellbeing‑focused hospitality (preferred)
