About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to lead and expand channel partnerships across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and strategic partners in order to drive pipeline generation and support regional growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a channel growth strategy across key territories in the EMEA region
Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as their main point of contact
Support and enable partners through training, sales tools, and marketing collaboration
Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive alignment and joint pipeline generation
Define KPIs and monitor partner performance and overall business impact
Represent the company at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events across the region
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive cybersecurity landscape

Requirements
5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry
Proven experience working with partners across multiple countries in the EMEA region
Strong understanding of the reseller and distributor ecosystem within the cybersecurity space
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Fluent English, additional European languages are considered an advantage
Willingness to travel across the region as required
