Staffing Coordinator, Administrative​/Clerical

Position Overview:
A healthcare facility is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to support scheduling operations and ensure adequate staffing coverage. This position plays a key role in managing workforce logistics and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed

• Create and manage staff schedules using scheduling software

• Monitor attendance and track lateness or call-outs

• Maintain and oversee timekeeping systems

• Track open positions and coordinate with recruitment as needed

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

• Maintain organized and accurate databases and records

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with team members

• Professional, pleasant demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience handling general office operations and administrative tasks

• Availability to work weekends as required
