SBC Services 59 LLC is seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to oversee utility construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client coordination while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage utility construction projects from kickoff through completion

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking

  • Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements

  • Review plans, specifications, and change orders

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and closeout paperwork

  • Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment needs

  • Support jobsite safety initiatives and resolve field issues promptly

  • Travel to project sites as required to support field operations

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in utility or construction environments

  • Associate’s Degree preferred (or equivalent construction experience)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and coordination

  • Comfortable working with field teams and leadership in a hands-on role

  • Proficient with construction-related software and Microsoft Office

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
