SBC Services 59 LLC is seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to oversee utility construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client coordination while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate is an honest, hardworking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable traveling to project sites as needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage utility construction projects from kickoff through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements
Review plans, specifications, and change orders
Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Manage project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and closeout paperwork
Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment needs
Support jobsite safety initiatives and resolve field issues promptly
Travel to project sites as required to support field operations
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in utility or construction environments
Associate’s Degree preferred (or equivalent construction experience)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
Comfortable working with field teams and leadership in a hands-on role
Proficient with construction-related software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
$85,000–$95,000 per year
