7p-7a - 7 on/ 7 off - Patient Volume: 5-10
- Duties/
- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care - Conduct thorough admissions from the emergency department and direct admissions from referring physicians - Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently - Monitor and manage acute medical conditions for patients admitted to the hospitalist service, including those in the open ICU, with 24/7 intensivist consultant support for complex or critical cases.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, specialists, case managers, and ancillary teams to coordinate effective patient care plans and ensure safe, efficient patient flow
Requirements:
- Active NY License or willing to obtain
- BC/BE
- DEA
- Clean Record
- 1 year of hospitalist or nocturnist experience preferred
- Guaranteed base salary: $325,000 annually
- Starting Bonus: $15,000
- Productivity & quality bonuses available for additional earnings
