JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts $19.50 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Duties and Responsibilities

* Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution

* Responsible for quality control of finished products

* Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns

* Using measuring gauges and tape measures

* Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials

* Housekeeping and sanitation

Qualifications

* Physical Stamina and Strength

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

* Experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirment

* Experience in overhead crane operations are helpful but not required

* Experience with Forklifts helpful but not required

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
