Pay Rate: $38.93/Hr.

Requirements:
Manufacturing Operations Lead

* US Citizenship

* Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or master's degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

* Experience in Quality, Operations or Supply Management including new product introduction

Duties:
Manufacturing Operations Lead

* Maintain a culture of safety, quality and compliance as a top priority

* Leverage exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in partnership with the Program Managers to ensure effective internal and customer communication on manufacturing plans and operational performance.

* Drive rapid closure to issues as they arise, including quality, supply and operational excellence issues

* Partner with site operations to develop strong inventory strategies and production schedules based on demand, lead time, capacity constraints, inventory targets and materials availability

* Accelerate proactive efforts to get in front of future risk to operational performance

* Facilitate burndown of SRI (Supplier Request for Information) and FAI (First Article Inspection)

* Support LTB or material substitution activities to ensure component availability.

* Provide inputs into the SIOP process

* Support the Product Line Teams in driving rate readiness assessments, identifying gaps, and driving action plans to maintain production capacity (labor, equipment, tooling) in alignment with the long and short-term demand.

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing Operations Lead

* Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) processes.

* Customer relationship management skills, with working experience resolving operational challenges.

* Experience in application of continuous improvement tools.
