Rome Specialty Company, Inc. is Hiring an Experienced Tool and Die Maker

EXPERIENCED TOOL AND DIE MAKER

Must be very experienced with:

• Tool and Die making equipment including digital & standard mills, surface grinder and metal lathes.
• Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting to determine repair needed, make parts, install parts, and return machine to operation.
• Motors & Electrical systems
• Air & pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of tool steel & heat treating
  • Ability to work on machines with tight tolerances of as little as.001 to.003.
• 4-Slide & 6-Slide production machines, coining machines, and presses
  • Programming for CNC wire forming machines

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  · Welding experience is a plus
  · References required
