What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor machinery
• Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
• Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
• Support machine operators and complete documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Training:

Start on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before moving to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM).

Saturday overtime is scheduled in advance.

What You Bring

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
• Positive attitude and a team‑first mindset

• Pay: $20.00–$23.40/hr based on experience
• Shift Premium: +$2/hr for 3rd shift
• Overtime:
  Time and a half after 40 hrs; double time after 48 hrs
