Adult/Geriatric - Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
- Local and Traveler Candidates Accepted
- Provide direct patient care to step-down patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately using EMR systems

Requirements- Active RN License required
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Step-Down/Telemetry experience
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- NIHSS Certification required
- Experience with Paragon EMR system
- Experience with Pyxis medication system
- Strong telemetry and progressive care experience preferred
