Registered Nurse

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a Step-down unit to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. This role requires rapid adaptation to a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately in compliance with protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records systems.
• Ensure adherence to BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards to maintain patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Possess 1-2 years of step-down or telemetry experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems such as Paragon and Pxyis.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
