Qualifications- Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- Familiarity with powertrain systems and alignment techniques
- Understanding of automotive electrical systems
- Relevant skills in transmissions, and auto estimating
- Diesel engine repair and welding experience is a plus
- Driver’s License (Required)
- ASE Certification (Preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or State Certifications
- Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year, with a flat-rate pay scale and performance bonuses

- Full-time, 9‑hour shift

- Automotive repair: 5+ years (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 5+ years (Required)
- Diesel experience: 5+ years (Required)
- Light diesel service: 5+ years (Required)
- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Write your own estimates
