We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our preconstruction team and support commercial, industrial, and specialty electrical construction projects across Michigan. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their estimating career alongside experienced industry leaders.

Base salary: $85,000–$145,000, Incentive bonus program, Auto allowance - Work on impactful infrastructure and construction projects throughout Michigan

What You'll Do:
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Partner with operations and field teams to develop winning strategies
- Evaluate labor, materials, subcontractor pricing, and project risk
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and preconstruction planning
- Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction estimating, electrical estimating, project management, or related construction operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of heavy civil, commercial, infrastructure, utility, roadway, or electrical construction is a plus
