A premier, fast growing roofing company is hiring a Roofing Project Manager in Romeo, MI. This role is for an experienced roofing professional who can take full ownership of the production pipeline from the moment a contract is signed through final installation and customer sign off.

As the Roofing Project Manager
, you will take full custody of each project after the signed contract is handed off. From there, you will manage the full project lifecycle, including materials, logistics, scheduling, installation coordination, punch list walkthroughs, field corrections, homeowner communication, and final approval.

• Manage roofing projects from post sale handoff through final installation
• Order required roofing materials accurately
• Track material logistics to support timely delivery to active job sites
• Schedule installation dates with homeowners, internal crews, and subcontractors
• Coordinate project timelines and keep work moving smoothly
• Execute and document on site punch list walkthroughs
• Coordinate field corrections needed for final approval
• Resolve concerns involving clients, installers, and subcontractors
• Own project issues and drive them to completion

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the roofing industry
• Hands on practical background with residential roofing installations
• Strong understanding of roofing production and installation flow
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable handling serious concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
• Able to take ownership from contract handoff through customer sign off
