Position:
Call Center Customer Service Representative - This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.
- Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
- Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
- Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
- Complete final paperwork and approvals
- Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed
- Strong phone sales skills and customer service experience in Home Improvement Industry preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain products and services
- Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
