- We are seeking a hands‑on Design Engineer with a strong ownership mindset to lead the end‑to‑end design and development of complete systems.
- This role is ideal for someone who has taken products from concept through development and delivery, with deep involvement in system‑level design rather than individual components.
- The ideal candidate will come from an automation or manufacturing environment and remain actively engaged in engineering work, bringing practical expertise in designing and delivering complex systems.
- Lead the full system design and development lifecycle from concept through production
- Own system architecture, design decisions, and technical execution
- Develop and integrate mechanical systems, assemblies, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, controls, and project teams
- Drive design validation, prototyping, and system improvements
- Ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements
- Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
- 5–10 years of experience in mechanical or systems design
- Strong background in automation systems or manufacturing environments
- Hands‑on experience with design, development, and system integration
- Ability to work independently with a high level of technical ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- A true hands‑on engineer
