As the Head Teller at People Driven Credit Union in Romeo, MI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our teller lines. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing adequate window coverage and providing general training for Tellers and Member Service Representatives. You will assist team members with complex inquiries, resolve issues, and manage balancing discrepancies. Your focus will be on delivering prompt and professional service to our members while adhering to all security procedures.

By coordinating teller operations, you will assign tasks, distribute workflow, and investigate any out-of-balance conditions, ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
