- Manage communications with USIC/Staker/Utility regarding active or completed tickets, including contact, job type, and scope.
- Answer field questions related to tickets, timelines, and other field instructions.
- Weekly collection and organization of data sheets and renewal emails related to Miss Dig information.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
