Pay Rate:
$16.50/hour starting pay
Increase to $17.00/hour after 90 days with a performance review
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly
Job DescriptionWe are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor / Machine Operators to join our production team in Romeo, MI. This position involves material handling and operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Load rolls of foam and cloth materials onto poles
- Pull and stack materials together accurately
- Operate a table saw to cut materials to specification
- Stack finished materials onto pallets
- Operate press machines when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Basic machine operation experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Overtime opportunities
- Pay increase after 90 days
