Pay: $17.50 per hour

This position involves operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery and performing quality control tasks to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding, stamping presses, and flexo presses.
• Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburr excess material.
• Use sanders.
• Paint raw products to consumer liking.
• Ensure product meets quality specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output.
• Perform repetitive hand use and lifting.
• Work with chemicals.
• Package and prepare product for shipment.

• Capable of learning air tool operation (sander, grinder, paint gun, etc.).
• Capable of learning hand tool operation (drills, scrappers, hammer, etc.).
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Computer skills are helpful.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work individually and as a team.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hours and weekends when required.
