• Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding, stamping presses and flexo presses
• Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburring excess material on products
• Use Sanders
• Paint raw product to consumer liking
• Make sure product is to quality specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabriciation tasks
• Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output
• Repetitive use of hands and lifting
• Will be wokring with chemicals
• Package and prepare product for shipment

• Capable of learning air tool operation (sander, grinder, paint gun, etc)
• Capable of learning hand tool operation ( drills, scrappers, hammer, etc)
• Must be albe to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Be able to lift 30 lbs with assistance
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Computer skills helpful
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work individually and as a team
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable transporation
• Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hours and weekends when required
