Purpose:
** The Fiberglass Laborer I is a core team member of the Operations Department. The Fiberglass Laborer I is responsible for performing the daily fiberglass assembly procedures.

* Duties and Responsibilities:
** Cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing and assembly of fiberglass parts
Maintain equipment and keep workspace in good condition
Analyze and report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts
Other duties as assigned
*
* Job Requirements:
** Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work within a team environment
Adaptable to a continuous improvement environment and contributes with ideas
Ability to work independently with limited direction
Must have excellent attendance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Job Specifications:
** A high school diploma or GED is required
Manufacturing experience preferred
