Promote trust and respect among associates and customers;
Answer questions regarding products sold within the dairy department and store;
Be knowledgeable about products and respond with suggestions;
Offer product samples to help customers discover items;
Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers and keep temperature logs;
Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise;
Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager;
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines;
Identify unsafe conditions and notify management;
Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
