Tasks and goals for this role include:

• Establish and maintain key relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders in Advanced Composites.
• Increase revenue through acquiring new customers and expanding with existing partners.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to drive strategic decisions.
• Work with teams to provide custom solutions for clients.
• Negotiate deals with stakeholders to ensure profitability and long-term success.
• Represent the company at events to build connections and awareness.
• Report on business development progress and forecast future growth.
• Collaborate with legal and management to create agreements that benefit all parties.
• Support product development by providing insights and customer feedback.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in advanced composites industry working with materials like SMC, BMC, epoxies, fiberglass, or carbon fiber
• Proven sales track record in technical products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sealants, adhesives, and composite market trends
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and financial acumen
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
