Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong reconciliation experience to support daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial records, and assist with month-end close activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts. Identify and resolve discrepancies in account balances and financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account analysis. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. Maintain accurate financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Assist with reporting, variance analysis, and data validation.

Support process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications 2–5+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on reconciliations.

Experience with bank and general ledger reconciliations. Working knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience in AP/AR support. Exposure to ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
