Responsibilities
  • Scan and upload employee documents into digital systems (Dyna File, UKG, or internal HRIS)
  • Maintain organization of physical and digital personnel files
  • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, indexed, and stored
  • Assist HR team with file audits, compliance updates, and document requests
  • Manage incoming paperwork, sort into appropriate categories, and prep for scanning
  • Support HR staff with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized filing area and follow standard HR documentation processes
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with scanning, document uploading, and digital file management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full onsite schedule Monday-Friday
  • Comfortable working in an HR environment with sensitive employee files
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an HR department or handling HR documentation
  • Experience using Dyna File
  • Experience with UKG (formerly Kronos)
  • Familiarity with digital document retention and compliance requirements
